ASTM A213 T11 Tubes

ASTM A213 T11 covers seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy-steel tubes for use in boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers. In the case of the T11 grade, the tubes are part of the low alloy steel replaced by chromium and molybdenum. This composition leads to a necessary balance of properties, which includes creep resistance and strength at higher temperatures. Therefore, A213 T11 is a common "low alloy" tube that can be used in high temperature and higher pressure applications when you have concerns about what the tube will be exposed to. SA 213 T11 is a grade of low ferritic alloy steel used in high-temperature applications. It contains 1-1.50% chromium, 0.44-0.65% molybdenum, and 0.30-0.60% manganese, with small amounts of silicon, carbon, phosphorus, and sulfur.

SA 213 T11, also known as ASTM A213 T11, has several equivalent designations depending on the standard used. Some common matches include EN 10216-2 Grade T11, ASTM A335 Grade P11, and GOST 550-75 T11.

T11 material grade is a low-alloy ferritic steel containing carbon, silicon, manganese, nickel, phosphorus, chromium, sulfur, and molybdenum.
