This alloy is completely designed for low weight applications because of its low density of around 60%. It is a nickel-based alloy. These possess outstanding corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance than conventional grade even at reducing surroundings. Unlike conventional alloy, it has good tensile strength. These are heat treated and become nonmagnetic in nature, however, it is cold worked to get strength and hardness and become magnetic in nature. Testing-
Following are the tests we perform to evaluate the performance of heat exchangers and condensers. The tests are a Mechanical test, Thermal performance test, natural circulation stability tests, hardness test, positive material test, chemical test, and destructive/nondestructive test. Other tests are intergranular corrosion test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, pitting corrosion test and visual inspection.
Also, we offer different reports along with products as manual and documentation reports to customers. Some are Commercial invoice, specification guide, fumigation certificates, attested certificates, raw material test report, mill test report, quality assurance plan, and heat treatment charts.
